Answer: It is not required, you can enter the financial analyst industry with a graduate degree in finance for instance. However without continuing training and education you will not be aware of the latest industry news and trends. It is always good to read the respective newspapers, studies and learn about new methods in your industry. As there are several areas of the industry and the financial analyst profession you can always learn new aspects or analysis methods that can be helpful in your professional career.
