Answer: There are many evaluation methods that differ company by company. Financial analyst are usually evaluated by a so-called 360 degree evaluation. It means feedback is requested from your peers, from the boss, your other more senior colleagues and if you have any from your subordinates. There feedback are collected and used as the basis for the evaluation. There is another method of evaluate all the projects if they have significant length (e.g. 3+days). It is a good idea to familiarize yourself with the performance evaluation system of the company you start to work for.
