Full Disclosure: The act of providing the accurate information in a business dealing so that the other party can make an informed decision about buying or selling a business is termed as full disclosure. A very common example of such an act is followed in the real estate business where one is required to fill out and sign a full disclosure form certifying that no facts are being falsified or concealed.
