Below please find a definition of “Quick Ratio”

Financial Analysis Training & Glossary TermsQuick Ratio: Quick ratio is very similar to liquidity ration. Quick ratio is a way of measuring a company’s liquidity and ability of the company to pay off its short-term debts. A high quick ratio means that a company is financially strong whereas a lower quick ratio implies weakness in the investment.
